New SPC Outlook and a general idea of what to expect . . .

The new SPC outlook is out, and there has been a few changes. Here’s an idea what to expect later today/tonight.

North Alabama is outlooked for a Marginal Level 1 out of 5 Risk for severe thunderstorms. A good bit of Southern Middle Tennessee is outlooked for a Slight Level 2 out of 5 Risk for severe thunderstorms.
