Este jueves se conmemora el aniversario del huracán Isaac de 2012.
Es un buen momento para que los habitantes de la costa revisen sus planes de seguridad contra huracanes.

This time of year is the anniversary of Hurricane Katrina in 2005, 20 years ago now.
This Thursday will mark the anniversary of Hurricane Isaac in 2012.
It is a good time of year for people along the coast to review hurricane safety plans.
DISCUSSION:
We’ve had a few fair-weather clouds, but overall skies are clear as the sun continues to come up this morning. At 7 AM in Cullman, it is 64 degrees with a dewpoint of 59, making the relative humidity 83%. Winds are calm, and when we had winds overnight, they were light from the North. The pressure is 30.19 inches and steady. Visibility is 10 miles.
We have troughing over the Eastern United States after a long period of being under a ridge of high pressure. There is a cold front down in the Gulf and Panhandle, stretching into the Atlantic and also back into Texas.
We’ve got some moisture producing some higher clouds in the region, very little in the way of rain. Even that stuff you see back in Mississippi, a lot of it would be better described as sprinkles or very light showers.
Today is just going to be mostly sunny with a High in the range of about 78-80.
